Imagine an audience member's mobile phone ringing in the middle of a classical music concert. If you think that sounds like a major disruption, think again. Earlier this month, American composer, Golan Levin, created an entire classical concert dedicated to the mobile phone. He actually composed music that utilized the ringing phones of more than 200 audience members. Levin and other musicians 'performed' the phones by dialing them during the concert. His only fear was that audience members would disrupt the concert by answering their phones and speaking! For more info, read the article. Let's NOT try that in our class, ok?
