Ouch! i sprained my ankle yesterday while jogging in the woods. Do you know what the first aid treatment is for sprains and bad twists of joints? It's called RICE, and it doesn't involve eating lots of rice! RICE is an acronym which stands for Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation. So that's what i've been up to for the last 16 hours.
